A neighborhood bar and restaurant built for good food, cold drinks and even better company. We took the spirit of a classic dive bar and gave it a fresh, vintage feel—warm wood, neon lights, big screens, a pool table and a laid-back atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
Our kitchen serves familiar American favorites with a Johnny Boy twist, including fall-off-the-bone wings, fresh chicken tenders, bar pizza, burgers, cheesesteaks and loaded wedge fries. Behind the bar, you’ll find everything from an ice-cold draft and affordable beer specials to carefully made cocktails and top-shelf whiskey.

Our Story
Johnny Boy was built by a group of Rhode Islanders who believed our neighborhood deserved something different. We wanted to create more than just another bar and restaurant—we wanted a place where great food, cold drinks, big games, and good company could bring people together. A place that felt familiar, welcoming, and full of character.
The journey wasn't easy. It took nearly two and a half years of hard work, setbacks, and determination to finally open our doors. There were plenty of moments that tested us, but giving up was never an option because we believed in what Johnny Boy could become.
Today, we're proud to share that vision with our community. Whether you're stopping in for a burger and a beer, gathering with family, watching your favorite team, or celebrating with friends, we're honored you've chosen to make Johnny Boy part of your neighborhood.
